Currently directing the major system implementation for Government Alcoholic Programmes Internationally.
Obtained intimate knowledge of NEPA/PHCN billing systems (Spectrum and AVR) during employment under the RCM and Pilot Pre-Payment programmes between 2006 and 2007

Billing:

Managed the NEPA Billing systems with customised software for integration with the UNIX file system for reporting and monitoring of account

Infrastructure:

Led comprehensive software rollout programmes including upgrades, VPN installation and upgrades, intrusion detection and token based authentification including remote management systems for various clients

Risk Management:

Protected vulnerable networks following detailed risk assessment for companies and utilities requiring specialised custom writing software for integration with their business model and Security Policy
