Mr. Baruwa is currently serving as President/CEO of YTP Group International Ltd. He specialises in supplying Technical and Engineering expertise to a wide range of client within the Electrical Utility Market as well as the Aviation Industry. He also conducts Training programmes for amongst others, Utility Staff on Standard, Loss Studies, and Electrical calculations. He has extensive practical consulting experience with a deep knowledge of all aspects of utility operation – technical, operational and administrative. He brings over 30 years of experience, both consulting to and working in, public and private sector energy utilities in both developing and developed countries. He is a proven team leader and project manager who is recognized for his hands-on collaborative approach to his assignments.

Mr. Baruwa has deep expertise in utility business process redesign and best practices. In the commercial and revenue management area he has developed targeted metering strategies, improved management reporting, re-engineered metering and meter management business processes, and designed improved governance and internal controls arrangements.

Mr Baruwa has experience in the USA , (12 States) and in Nigeria,.
